I have Multiple Sclerosis. I am pretty sure I have had it for a few years now but every time I went to the neurologist all of my tests came back normal, which meant they couldn't find anything. And yet the symptoms continued. I went on the Book of Mormon Quest this past summer as a photographer and I fell and hurt my knee. I stuck it out and stayed but I had such a hard time walking. I came home and finished my PT on my knee but the weakness continued. After another dose of tests, most came back normal, except for the Lumbar puncture, or Spinal tap. They said I had MS and they ordered even more MRI's, with and without contrast, and it was confirmed. I started meds a month ago and I will be on them the rest of my life. They cost over $2000 a shot which I get every month. And so far they make me sick.  At the end of March they will do all of the tests again and then see how I am progressing, Then they will have a better idea of how bad it is.

My symptoms are weakness in my legs as well as being off balance. I am fine every other way, thank goodness. And Travis has been awesome through all of this so far. I would be lost if he wasn't here to help and support. I am trying to find a good place in this but I am struggling right now. I will get there and until then I have so much faith in my Savior. I am probably quitting my job at the beginning of the year and I will stay home, watch Taylor, and hopefully go to the temple often. Maybe I will pick up indexing again. I need to find a way to serve. I love serving.
